TAKE OVER, REPLY, HAND BACK
Press Take over and the bot goes quiet. Type a reply and watch the ticks: grey when sent, double grey when it reached the visitor, blue when they read it. Hand it back, or pass it to a teammate.
- Watch every chat live
Conversations appear in your dashboard the moment they start. You see where the visitor came from, what page they are on, and how long they have been on your site.
- Take over in one click
The bot goes quiet and the visitor is told a person has joined. You type, they see it straight away, with delivered and read ticks on every reply.
- Hand it back
Pass the chat back to the bot when you are done. If a visitor is left waiting on you, the bot steps in after a time you choose; if the visitor leaves, your hold ends on its own.
- Pass it to a teammate

BotMatrix chunks, embeds and indexes your material, then retrieves the right passages for each question. The bot says so when it does not know, and lists the questions it could not answer so you can add the missing answer once.

FROM CHAT TO PAID
The bot asks what they need, quotes one package from your catalogue, and shows Pay Now when they say yes.
Connect your own Stripe account; the money goes straight to you. After the contact details the bot asks whether to carry on here or book a call. If they carry on, it asks a few questions, recommends a package with its real price, and a plain yes shows the Pay button. The chat confirms the payment with your own wording.

Payments run through your own Stripe account. BotMatrix never holds the money and takes no cut.
LEAD CAPTURE AND BOOKING
You choose which details it collects. Leads land in your dashboard at once and appointments become real bookings.
Name, email, phone, a preferred time, or fields of your own. Nothing is asked for twice, a changed detail is confirmed before it is saved, and bookings only land inside your hours, never on a weekend or a holiday you have closed.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO
Country, city, time on site, the page they are on, and where they came from: Google, Bing or ChatGPT ads, a referral, or direct.
Search crawlers are kept out of your chat list, data-centre and VPN traffic is flagged, and Apple's Private Relay is named rather than mistaken for a VPN. Ad clicks keep their campaign so you know what the money bought.
