Each message a visitor sends to your chatbot. Replies, greetings and your team's own messages are not counted.

What is an AI credit?

Credits pay for the AI work you start yourself: training on documents and web pages, learning from your team's replies, lead summaries. Visitor chat never uses credits; it is covered by the message allowance.

Can I add more people to my team?

Yes. Every plan includes one user, and extra users are added at the per-user price shown on each plan, per month.

Which AI model answers my visitors?

Each plan shows the model it runs on, read live from our catalogue. Other models are available as add-on packs on any paid plan; the Models page lists them.

Do you take a cut of what I sell in the chat?

No. Payments go through your own Stripe account, straight to you. BotMatrix never holds your money.

Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan is free and carries a trial of its full allowance. Paid plans bill on the day you subscribe and can be cancelled at any time.
